The 2 Types of Recruitment:
Passive Recruitment:
Asking Current Employees for Referrals
Posting a Job on LinkedIn
Alumni Networks
Active Recruitment:
Direct Outreach

Active recruitment where you ‘actively’ hunt the talent through social media platforms, job boards, and private networks. Active recruitment takes more time and is much more difficult, but will yield MUCH higher results.
The best candidates already have jobs and aren’t spending all day looking through LinkedIn for new ones. They’ll never even see your job post, this is why you must actively reach out to them.
